2010 Select Baseball / Softball Evaluation Information
Who is Eligible
Registration is open to all boys and girls who meet the age requirements (see chart below) and live within the league’s boundaries. Players need to be residents of the New Albany School District to participate in this league.

a $50 Non-resident fee will be applied for all players outside of the New Albany - Plain Local school district.
How to Register
Online Registration: January 1–February 28
Players 6 or older by 4/30/10 must attend one evaluation session in the 2 – 5 gym. Evaluation Sundays are 2/7, 2/21, 2/28 from 12pm-2:30pm. Tee Ball players do not need to evaluate. Families with more than four players will not be charged for more than three children (your three oldest children will be charged)

Season Schedule
The season begins in April and ends in late June.
Practices begin in early April. Coaches will contact players prior to Spring Break.
The first regular season game will be on Saturday, May 1.
The last regular season game will be June 12.
League playoffs will be held the week of June 14th and will culminate with Championship Saturday on June 26th.
League All-Star Games will be played in late June.
Little League International Tournament will begin the first or second week of July.

* Please note the league reserves the right to schedule games outside of the days listed above in case of weather or other field availability conflicts.
Where to Play
Baseball practices and games are held at Bevelhymer Park in the Yellow, Red, and Purple zones.
